Unless otherwise stated in writing:

• Payments are due according to the terms listed on the invoice, checkout page, proposal, or agreement
• Deposits, retainers, and setup fees may be non-refundable
• Late or missed payments may result in paused services, delayed deliverables, or account restrictions
• Client access to platforms, assets, deliverables, or support may be limited until payment obligations are current

JREAM Collective reserves the right to update pricing, fees, and service structures at any time.

By submitting your phone number through our website, forms, booking pages, landing pages, client portals, checkout pages, or other communication channels, and by opting in where required, you agree to receive SMS/MMS text messages from JREAM Collective LLC, JREAM NEXUS, and related JREAM Collective experiences.

Messages may include appointment reminders, consultation updates, service notifications, client support messages, onboarding information, account notifications, follow-up messages, business-related updates, billing or payment reminders, and promotional or marketing messages when applicable.

JREAM Collective does not sell, rent, trade, or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

JREAM Collective may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to accounts, portals, or platforms if there is suspected misuse, nonpayment, security risk, violation of these Terms, or termination of services.

All content, branding, strategy, designs, copy, systems, frameworks, templates, visuals, website materials, course materials, workflows, automations, documents, and other intellectual property created or provided by JREAM Collective are owned by JREAM Collective unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, modify, publish, or use JREAM Collective materials for commercial purposes without written permission.

Client-specific deliverables may be subject to separate ownership and usage terms outlined in a proposal, invoice, contract, or written agreement.

JREAM Collective may use or integrate third-party tools, platforms, software, payment processors, CRM systems, automation tools, communication providers, scheduling tools, hosting services, analytics tools, and other technology providers to deliver services.

We are not responsible for outages, errors, policy changes, pricing changes, limitations, or performance issues caused by third-party platforms. Your use of third-party platforms may also be governed by their own terms, policies, and privacy practices.

JREAM Collective may provide strategy, systems, marketing support, automation, consulting, education, and digital infrastructure designed to support growth, efficiency, visibility, and improved operations.

However, we do not guarantee specific financial results, business outcomes, lead volume, revenue, sales, approval decisions, audience growth, platform performance, or third-party responses.

Results depend on many factors, including your business model, implementation, market conditions, budget, audience, compliance, offer strength, follow-through, and other circumstances outside of our control.

Any educational content, resources, guides, trainings, frameworks, or recommendations provided by JREAM Collective are for informational and educational purposes only.
